Trying something new doesn’t have to be time-consuming or a big event. You can do it on the spot.

It’s o.k. if it scares you a little😉

TIP 1 – Stand with your feet parallel.

Take six steps forward.

PAUSE – BREATHE!

Turn around

Now take the steps with your eyes closed! 

PAUSE – BREATHE!

TIP 2 – Take six steps backward. 

PAUSE – BREATHE!

Now do it with your eyes closed!
