This month I’m going to share a little about my practice on how to grow Brave Boundaries.
Let’s start with a whisper:
Today and the rest of the week, be on the lookout for what you notice when you say yes but mean no.
Notice how you feel when that happens.
With an aha and no judgment, take a breath and let it go.
Don’t grow what you feel bigger by dwelling on it. Instead, apply a sense of gratitude because you paid attention,
and the awareness wakes you up to live the life you want. Tiny steps count! 🙌🏼
