Start with a pause and hop on a

  • Breathe in – pause – breathe out – pause
  • Lift your arms to the side with an inhale (like in the pic) and bring them back down with an exhale.
  • Repeat.
  • Pause.
  • Breathe.
  • Notice your body, breath, feelings, thoughts.
  • Let go of too much doing. Let it be!
  • Breathe in – breathe out.
  • Hug the present moment!
