Start with a pause and hop on a
- Breathe in – pause – breathe out – pause
- Lift your arms to the side with an inhale (like in the pic) and bring them back down with an exhale.
- Notice your body, breath, feelings, thoughts.
- Let go of too much doing. Let it be!
- Breathe in – breathe out.
- Hug the present moment!
