- Find opportunities to STEP UP!
- Trust yourself!
- Take a deep breath and … step on a stool, chair, rock, sidewalk, bench, etc., and literally feel your tallness. If it wobbles, you’re growing!
- Take a few deep breaths up there, feet grounded, chest lifted, face to the sky!
- Be brave and do this in public.
You never know whom you inspire! Imagine more people shining their light ✨. I have witnessed it many times.
When I step up, at least one person is curious and wants to try! Which makes two people smile!
