As I’m healing a nasty eye infection that started on Friday, I’m adding strength to my patience muscle!
I promised myself not to look at the screen or anything else for too long and rest my eyes. I’m marking my progress breath by breath as I remember to honor what it takes to heal:
Resilience. Patience. Surrender. Feeding the white wolf (remember the two wolves residing in our hearts? The wise one and the angry one?) and  Breathing.
As I’m noticing the victim mode shows up – I know it’s black wolf alarm.
That calls for more
Breathing. Patience. Acceptance and besides other remedies Camomile tea bags.
Rest.
I’m 75% better today!
